Joe and Steve met while working at Ambient Inks, a Merch Management company in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and became actual friends following a D&D one-shot, after which Steve was invited to join the party’s ongoing campaign. Dozens of weekly sessions and hundreds of Doritos later, they decided to smoosh their respective brains together to form Mellow Medium, focusing on the merch item to end all merch items… enamel pins.
