Simply put, our designs do not utilize generative AI. When you support Mellow Medium, you can be confident you're supporting art crafted by humans, with all the care and creativity that existed in a pre-AI world. We believe that design is an extension of the designer, and for that reason, we do not utilize generative AI in our design process.

While we firmly believe in the "do less but better" principle, we've been in the merch game for a while, so if we can't handle a non-pin job, chances are we know who can. Hit us with the details, and we'll see what we can do!

Orders / Shipping

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1–4 business days of receipt. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email. Any items that will take longer than this to ship will be noted in the item description. Worth noting, we're a small, human-based operation, so we'll do what we can to ensure your order is shipped in a timely manner.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are currently shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping times vary from 1-7 business days, depending on location.

Mellow Medium is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

All sales are final. As a small business, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item is damaged or was shipped incorrectly. If, for some reason, you received a defective/incorrect item, please email support@mellowmedium.com, and we will make it right.

If the order has not shipped, we are happy to change your address. Please email support@mellowmedium.com with your order number and updated address. Once your order has shipped and left our facility, we are unable to change any order details. Please contact the shipping service for options.
