All sales are final. As a small business, we are unable accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item is damaged or was shipped incorrectly. If, for some reason, you received a defective/incorrect item, please email support@mellowmedium.com, and we will make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photographs of packaging when applicable

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • Replacement items
  • Store credit
  • Refunds at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Limited edition items
  • Preorder items
  • Opened or used products
  • International orders unless required by law

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
